One of my favorite form builders, but there is a problem
Paperform is a complete form builder that's easy - and fun - to use. With it, you can create forms that look like landing pages and work great on mobile and desktop.
Big companies like AppSumo, eCoach and Zapier use Paperform, and if you're growing your business, gaining new customers or just want something different from traditional form layouts, Paperform could be for you too.
However, it's not perfect. There is no free plan which can be a deal breaker if you are on a budget.Other form builders such asJotFormEknow shapeshave free plans (though somewhat limited).
You can try Paperform risk-free for 14 daysto see if it's right for you.
Paperform supports multiple languages, but the builder itself is only available in English.
Is Paperform the form builder you've been looking for? he hasnowhat features do you need for your business? Read on to find out!
650+ beautiful and customizable templates
Paperform has put a lot of effort into their templates - which sets them apart from other form builders. All templates are fully mobile responsive, and since each form has its own URL, they look more like landing pages than forms.
There are over 650 form templates to choose from, divided into categories such as Sign Up, Booking, Review, Lead Generation, Membership, Payment, Application Forms and more.
In addition to business-oriented models,Paperform has some personal/just-for-fun templates like Quiz What's Your Dragon, personality test and wedding invitation templates.
You can search for specific form templates and preview them by clicking on their names before deciding to use them. All form templates are really easy to customize,This allows you to add/remove form fields, edit the text and change the appearance of the form in the editor.
Paperform features do not disappoint
All plans allow you to create unlimited forms, and Paperform offers over 28 question types (or, as other form builders call them, form fields). These include:
- Scales - so you can ask your customers how likely they are to recommend you
- Matrix - Present multiple questions in a grid, perfect for feedback, performance reviews and brand comparison forms.
- Product - Sell your products without the need for a full ecommerce store
- Signature – to collect a signature without the need for a paper form
- Subscription – to receive email addresses for sending newsletters or coupons or other offers
- File Upload – to allow visitors to provide more information than they can fit into a form
Paperform offers several ways to share your forms. You can use a subdomain (eg yourbusiness.paperform.co) to share your form via email or social media, or embed your form on your existing website using code that Paperform will create for you. Just copy the code and paste it on your website.
Conditional logic lets you dynamically customize the form experience based on your respondents' responses - no code required.Show and hide individual questions or entire sections of content based on defined logic to enhance your customers' experience. Paperform calls the feature "Question Visibility Logic" and it can be found in the Configure popup for each question. By setting conditions for when certain questions are shown/not shown, customers don't have to answer questions that aren't relevant to them.
Payments and Subscriptions
Many form builders have payment integrations - but Paperform goes a step further, allowing you to offer multi-currency subscription packages (like hugely popular subscription boxes) through your forms. You can also accept donations through your forms. Paperform supports several payment options including Stripe, PayPal Business, Square and Braintree. With Paperform, your forms can be set up as smart eCommerce forms with features like custom pricing rules, the ability to add taxes, accept coupons, and even automate receipts.
You can use any Paperform plandirectional integrations, Webhooks, Zapier and more to power your business. With Zapier, you can connect with over 3,000 third-party apps to create automated actions.
Direct integrations allow you to connect your Paperform account with third-party apps and software like Asana, Google Sheets and ConvertKit to perform automated functions when a form is submitted. For example, when a specific form is submitted, you can set up a direct integration with Google Sheets to create a new row in your customer table.
There are no fees or additional costs for direct integrations, so you simply pay your Paperform subscription fee as usual.
ease of use
Simple editor that works like a word processor document
Paperform couldn't be easier to use. It's just as easy to use as its biggest competitor,JotForm, and if you are an absolute beginner, you will have no problem creating your first form. The downside is when you'renoA beginner can find Paperformforsimply! For example, if you are used to having many settings for each form field or prefer an editor with side panels for different options, using Paperform can become frustrating.
One thing I love about Paperform is the guided, interactive walkthrough. When you create your first form, you'll see a popup that welcomes you to the editor and provides a step-by-step guide.Of course, you can skip it, but it's a great way to learn about the paper forms editor - especially if you're a beginner.
super simple editor
Paperform has developed an editor that works like a word processing document - so to speak. In fact, it looks more like WordPress' new Gutenberg editor, so it's even easier than typing a document into a word processor.
Essentially, you can just click and tap to create a new question - which is pretty much foolproof. You can change the question type using the drop-down menu to the right of the field you are typing in.Ultimately,Paperform is so easy to use, my 76 year old mother could create a form with it!
Easy on/off for settings
Paperform brings its settings panelto set up. Here you can configure things like payments, form behavior, and link your form to Google Analytics. What makes the setup screens so easy is that they are mostly toggle switches.Just click the slider to toggle a setting on or off. Your changes are automatically saved, so you don't even have to clicksave not computerorTo use.
Creating a form with Paperform
As I said in the introduction, Paperform is incredibly easy to use. in the editor,There are no toolbars or sidebars where you have to select form fields. Instead, just type the space. Then select the question type.
Once you click on the white area of your form and start typing, you'll see little gray icons on the left side of your new paragraph — which you can use to add videos, images, a page break, and new questions. No complicated navigation menus. No looking for settings. If you want to configure the questions on your form, click on the gray gear icon on the right.
if you are into set upThe sections have tooltips to help you understand the different features, so you don't even need to know what you're doing to create forms with Paperform.
Paperform is headquartered in Sydney, Australia, so support hours can be a little tricky due to time zone differences. If you are in the United States,According to Paperform, you should be able to get live chat or email support between 8am and 1pm.(although it doesn't specify which US time zone it applies to). However, the live chat has a bot feature, so it's available even when the Paperform support team isn't.
If you use Paperform's after-hours live chat, you'll receive an automated message and have to wait for an email response.Paperform aims to respond within 24 hours.
Paperform has three pricing plans – Essentials, Pro and Agency. As I mentioned in the overview, there is no free plan, just a 14-day free trial (no credit card required). You can pay for your Paperform subscription monthly or annually, and all major credit cards are accepted.
If you need to upgrade to a higher plan or downgrade to a lower plan, you can easily do so and you can also cancel your account at any time from your dashboard (under Billing).Paperform does not offer a money-back guarantee.
All plans except Essentials offer unlimited form views and submissions per month and allow you to remove Paperform branding from your forms. Compared to the other plans, the Essentials plan is relatively limited - but it's a good starting point and you can upgrade later.

Paper form CHECK: BOTTOM
Paperform is a business oriented form builderDesigned to take the stress out of building molds. It is beginner friendly– but not great if you're looking for advanced features (like those offered bySurveyMonkey). The various models are well designed, but not all models are available in the cheapest plan.
Overall, Paperform is a solid choice if you want a hassle-free way to create forms for your business - and with the 14-day free trial, you've got nothing to lose by giving it a try!

Paperform treats subscribers like garbage
I just got an email about the 50% off Black Friday sale, I followed the link and tried to upgrade my plan, but it didn't work. I contacted customer service and was told this is for new customers only and I should not have received this email. Like WTF. Under no circumstances should you trust a company that has little regard for its existing subscribers. They already raised the price once in the year I signed up, now this nonsense just goes to show that they are one of those companies that just milk you with little compliments if you have your stuff with them. I canceled my subscription and will be removing my stuff from this page. Careful.
